Suggestions for improving field selection and date input format

I would suggest adding aestheticians, nutritionists and fitness instructors to the “Field of Study or Career” section. Additionally, in the “Career Field Transitioning” section, it would be helpful to include nutritionists and dieticians.

Regarding the date of birth field, the displayed format is day/month/year. However, when entering the date, the system requires starting with the year, followed by the month and then the day otherwise, it does not recognize the input correctly. Clarifying this could improve user experience and prevent confusion.
